GPwSI:what does it mean?

Posted by iskanbasal on July 19, 2007

GPwSI is a general practioner with special interest. This is the new trend in medicine, it seems; at least it is in countries with lack in specialists in the many disciplines of medicine. I do not know how long this term is used in the medical language but I suppose it is new, not more than two years old. My friends here did not hear about.

I would like to say my own suggestion in the field, that is when a specialist is overwhelmed by his patients, ask or contact the GPwSI to build together the plan for the follow-up of patients and better taking care for them.

One should not be anxious about finding some work.

(escuse me English errors) .
