Canadian Family Physician: a one more resource for medical education

Posted by iskanbasal on August 22, 2007

The Canadian Family Physician that I recently discovered is a one more resource for medical education and general practice information. There are many good sections that I liked in this journal: the debate,  practice tips,  review article,  case report,  critical appraisal, and the derm case. One of its sections is about the  Top 10 differential diagnoses in family medicine: in the current issue discusses Dyspnea, one page for each differential.

The Canadian Family Physician.

(escuse me my English errors).
